PBIS at UCA

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports — building a respectful school culture

What is PBIS?

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a school-wide framework that promotes a positive, safe, and productive learning environment. Rather than simply reacting to misbehavior, PBIS proactively teaches students the behavioral expectations of the school community. At UCA, PBIS is embedded in daily school life — from classroom routines to hallway behaviour — ensuring a consistent and respectful environment for all.
