What You Need to Apply

Applying to UCA is straightforward. Our admissions team is available to guide you through every step of the process. To begin, please prepare the documents listed below and submit your application online or in person at either campus. Once your application is received, we will contact you within 2 business days to schedule a student assessment and school tour.

Application Form

Completed UCA online application form with all student and family information

School Reports

Last 2 years of school reports / transcripts from the student's previous school

Student Passport & Civil ID

Clear copy of the student's valid passport and Kuwait civil ID (or equivalent)

Parent ID Documents

Copy of parent or guardian's passport and civil ID

Passport Photos

4 recent passport-size photographs of the student (white background)

Medical Records

Immunisation records and any relevant medical or special needs documentation
