Universal Civilizations Academy welcomes applications throughout the year. Placement depends on the student's academic record and an entrance assessment appropriate to the grade applied for.

Copy of the birth certificate; copy of the civil ID for the student and the guardian; passport and residence copies for non-Kuwaitis; the previous school's certificate or transfer papers; recent photographs; the health record.
